Yoon So-hui (Hangul: 윤소희; born May 7, 1993 in Stuttgart, Germany) is a German-South Korean actress.
Early life
Yoon So-hee was born in Stuttgart, Germany, on May 7, 1993, and lived there for six years.[1] In 2011, she enrolled as a Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering major at KAIST, one of the country's prestigious science and research universities; she is currently on a leave of absence.[2][3]
Career
Yoon was first featured on Hit the S Style, a variety show which spotlights campus style icons.[4] She then appeared in the intermission video at Super Show 5, a concert tour by Super Junior, followed by an uncredited cameo in the music video for SHINee's "Why So Serious?".
In 2013, she starred in music videos by EXO in EXO Music Video Drama (in both Korean and Mandarin Chinese versions).[5] Afterwards, Yoon made her acting debut in the period drama The Blade and Petal.[6] She has since been cast in increasingly larger roles in television dramas such as Let's Eat and Wild Chives and Soy Bean Soup: 12 Years Reunion.[5][7]
In 2014, she starred in the historical drama Secret Door, replacing Kim Yoo-jung as the female lead.
In 2015, she was cast in her first film, Life Risking Romance.
In 2016, Yoon had a supporting role in the tvN legal melodrama Memory, and starred in the web drama Bong Soon - a Cyborg in Love alongside Super Junior's Kyuhyun. She was then cast in the KBS mini drama The Day After We Broke Up, and the 3-episode miniseries Queen of the Ring, which is part of MBC's 9-episode miniseries, Three Colors of Fantasies.
In November 2016, it was announced that she will star in MBC's youth saeguk Ruler: Master of the Mask.
