Biography
Born April 10, 1936 in the Ságat village of the Batyrevsky District of the Chuvashia.
Mikhael Ilyeen graduated from the Chuvash State Pedagogical University.
He worked as a research fellow of the Chuvash Republican Museum of Local Lore.
Headed Chuvash book publishing house.
