Zhao Wei filmography
This is the filmography of the Chinese actress, director and producer Zhao Wei.
She was awarded the Hong Kong Film Award, Hong Kong Film Critics Society Award, Golden Rooster Award, Hundred Flowers Award, Shanghai Film Critics Award, Huabiao Award, Golden Eagle TV Award, and as well as the Shanghai Film Festival Golden Globet.[1] Hong Kong Trade Development Council selected her as one of "top box office star" during 2008-2009.[2] According to China media, films that Zhao Wei has acted in 2008-2010 have grossed a total of more than ¥1.07 billion Chinese yuan domestically, with an average of ¥203 million per film.[3]
Zhao's directorial debut So Young has become a major success at the Chinese box office, grossing over US$118 million with a US$5 million budget.[4]
