Újezd is a village and municipality (obec) in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 11.03 square kilometres (4.26 sq mi), and has a population of 354 (as at 3 July 2006).
Újezd lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) west of Domažlice, 51 km (32 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 133 km (83 mi) south-west of Prague.
