Čečehov is a village and municipality in Michalovce District in the Kosice Region of eastern Slovakia.
History
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1410.

The village lies at an altitude of 106 metres and covers an area of 7.616 km². It has a population of about 350 people.

The population is 96% Slovak in ethnicity.
