The 2013-14 São Nicolau Island League season was the competition of the second-tier football in the island of São Nicolau, Cape Verde. It started on 14 December 2013 and finished on 23 March 2014. The tournament was organized by the São Nicolau Regional Football Association (Associação Regional de Futebol de São Nicolau, ARFSN).^[1] SC Atlético won their 6th title and finished with 32 points.

SC Atlético was again the defending team of the title. A total of 8 clubs participated in the competition.

AJAT'SN took the first place spot in week 1, FC Ultramarina took it for 2 weeks, then SC Atlético in week 4, Ultramarina again in week 5, FC Belo Horizonte in week 6, again Ultramarina for two weeks, from week 9 to the end of the season, the rest was taken by SC Atlético.
