The 2013 Tennessee State Tigers football team represented Tennessee State University in the 2013 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by fourth-year head coach Rod Reed and played their home games at LP Field, with one home game played at Hale Stadium. They were a member of the Ohio Valley Conference. They finished the season 10–4, 6–2 in OVC play to finish in second place. They received an at-large bid to the FCS Playoffs where they defeated Butler to advance to the second round where they lost to Eastern Illinois.
