Bellair is an unincorporated community in northern Clay County, Florida, United States. It is located just west of Orange Park. The U.S. Census Bureau combines the community with Meadowbrook Terrace and North Meadowbrook Terrace to form the census-designated place of Bellair-Meadowbrook Terrace. According to Rand McNally, the latest population estimate for this separate community is approximately 9,000.
