Bluehour (sometimes erroneously called Blue Hour)[1] is a Mediterranean restaurant and bar in Portland, Oregon's Pearl District, in the United States.[2][3] It opened in September 2000.[4] Kyo Koo serves as its executive chef.[5][6]
