Burleigh Hill is a community in the city of St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. It borders Regional Road 89, Mountain Street, Bradley Street to the north, Regional Road 71 to the south, Woodmount Dr, Highway 406 to the west.

Merritton is to the north, Thorold is to the south, and Barbican Heights is to the west.
