Chang Tien-chin (Chinese: 張天欽; pinyin: Zhāng Tiānqīn) is a politician in the Republic of China. He currently serves as the Deputy Minister of the Mainland Affairs Council.[1]
Education
Chang obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees in law from National Taiwan University in 1976 and 1978,respectively, and master's degree in admiralty law and doctoral degree in law from Tulane University in the United States in 1982 and 1984, respectively.
