Chroy Changva District
Chroy Changva is part of an island by the Mekong River connected to Phnom Penh by the Chroy Changva Bridge.
Chrouy Changva contains many suburbs and the new Mekong View Tower. Chrouy Changva is in the Russei Keo District which consists of the northern and northwestern outskirts of the main area of Phnom Penh.
The villages located in Chrouy Changva are the Phum Ti Muoy, Phum Ti Pir, Phum Ti Bei, Daeum Kor and Kien Khleang villages.
It became a district in 2014, in a decree signed by Prime Minister Hun Sen.
