Dragan Kapičić (born 7 August 1948 in Belgrade) is a Serbian retired basketball player.
He played with Red Star Belgrade. With Red Star Belgrade he won two National Championships, three National Cups and one Saporta Cup. Kapičić also played 169 games with the Yugoslavian national basketball team.
He represented Yugoslavia at the 1972 Summer Olympics.[1]
From April 2007 to April 2011, he was the president of the Basketball Federation of Serbia.
Personal life
He is the son of Jovo Kapičić, a former Yugoslav general and recipient of the Order of the People's Hero.
His son Stefan is an actor best known for providing the voice of Colossus in the 2016 film Deadpool.
