Gelatt is a former settlement in Nevada County, California. It is situated at an elevation of 5,945 ft (1,812 m) above sea level,^[1]

There was a post office in the town from 1923 to 1935.^[2] Gelatt was named for Ethel Gelatt, first postmaster.
