Heather Lauren Olson (born November 12, 1982 in San Jose, California) is an American actress. Olson is probably best known for her recurring role as Jan Spears in the NBC-TV daytime soap opera series Days of Our Lives (2000-2004).

Career

Olson was featured in the crime film thriller Internal Affairs, the made-for-television drama movie Willing to Kill: The Texas Cheerleader Story (1992), and the action film Bloodfist IV: Die Trying (1992) and had guest roles in episodes of the NBC-TV soap opera series Generations (1990), Lifestories (1990, with Joanna Miles), Quantum Leap, and Sisters.

Further acting work includes the made-for-television drama film Lies of the Heart: The Story of Laurie Kellogg (1994), the television biopic Amelia Earhart: The Final Flight (1994, with David Carpenter, Warren Munson, and Marilyn Rockafellow), the thriller Dead on Sight (1994), the television bio-drama movie Liz: The Elizabeth Taylor Story (1995), the family adventure Storybook (1996), the comedy film Leave It to Beaver (1997), and episodes of Charlie Grace (1996), Mr. Rhodes (1996), and the NBC sitcom series Suddenly Susan starring Brooke Shields (1997).

She also played Abby in The Baby-Sitters Club Friendship Kit software in 1995.
