Invertis University Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.^[1]^[2] is a leading university offering wide range of courses pertaining to different fields of study .It is situated at 12 km stone on Bareilly-Lucknow NH-24, Equidistant from the country capital Delhi and state capital Lucknow. From an humble beginning in 1998, with one institute namely Invertis Institute of management studies and 83 students, it has emerged as fully fledged with eight institutes and 6000 students under its name. Invertis offers doctoral, post graduate, & under graduate programs in Management, Computer Application, Engineering, Architecture, Applied science & Humanities, Law, Pharmacy, Journalism & Mass Communication, Nursing & Fashion Design along with Diploma programs in Engineering.

Invertis University has been established by Government of UP u/s 2F of UGC Act, 1956 vide Invertis University Act 22 of 2010.

Uttar Pradesh State Government

Invertis University, Uttar Pradesh has been established as a State Private University at Bareilly by Act No. 5 of 2009 State Legislature of Uttar Pradesh and is empowered to award degrees as specified by the UGC under section 22 UGC Act, 1956 through its main campus with the approval of statutory Councils.

Reference no.2784/SATTAR-1-10120(5)/09 Date of Approval: 31 AUGUST 2010. The Registration no of Invertis University, Bareilly is SSP/LW/NP-91/2008-10.

University Grant Commission (UGC)

With reference to State Government notification no 1105(2)/LXXIX-V-1-10-1(Ka)29-2009 Dated 1 Sep 2010,on the Above subject, UGC is directed to say by reference no 8-23/2010(CPP-I/PU) Dated 7 Feb 2011 that Invertis University, Bareilly has been established by an Act(No22 of 2010) of state legislature of Uttar Pradesh as a State Private University and is empowered to award degrees as specified by the U.G.C under section 22 of the U.G.C Act 1956 through its main campus with the approval of statutory bodies /councils, where ever required.

All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE)

During the visit University Grant Commission for the inspection of Physical & Academic Infrastructure of Invertis University, Bareilly Uttar Pradesh, the inspecting committee included a nominee from AICTE appointed by the UGC team itself. And as per the judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in reference to Appeal (civil) 2056 of 1999, there is no separate approval required from AICTE if the University has been inspected & approved under section 2(f) UGC Act, 1956.

Bar Council of India (BCI)

Bar Council of India has approved the five year integrated BA LLB program of Invertis University with an intake of 120 seats, and here by empowered Invertis University to award degree for the approved courses. Reference NO: BCID 1517/2012 (L.E.Mtg 7 July 2012) Date of Approval- 7 July 2012

National Board Of Accreditation (NBA)

National Board of Accreditation has recognized & given its accreditation on the Master of Business Studies, program offered by Invertis University, Uttar Pradesh. File No.: 35-23/2010 NBA Date of Approval. 13 December 2011

Council of Architecture (CoA)

Council of Architecture has approved architecture courses of Invertis University, Bareilly Uttar Pradesh to conduct undergraduate course (B.Arch) in architecture for 40 seats. And after verifying the various requirement. Empowered Invertis University to award degree for the approved courses. Reference No.: CA/5/Academic-UP20 Date of Approval. 21 December 2011.

National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)
