K. Palanisamy
K. Palanisamy is an Indian politician active in Tamil Nadu state. He is presently serving as Minister for Highways & Minor Ports in the Government of Tamil Nadu, and is the sitting Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Edapadi in the Tamil Nadu legislative assembly. He is a member of the Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam political party led by Jayalalitha.
Career
Palanisamy has won the election to the state assembly four times, in 1989, 1991, 2011 and 2016. On all occasions, he has contested on an AIADMK party ticket. On all occasions, his seat has been Edapadi constituency.[1][2][3][4]
