Lesegno is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) southeast of Turin and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) east of Cuneo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 868 and an area of 14.4 square kilometres (5.6 sq mi).[1]
Lesegno borders the following municipalities: Castellino Tanaro, Ceva, Mombasiglio, Niella Tanaro, and San Michele Mondovì.
