Priola is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) southeast of Turin and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) southeast of Cuneo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 765 and an area of 27.1 square kilometres (10.5 sq mi).[1]
The municipality of Priola contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Pievetta, Casario, Careffi, and Pianchiosso.
Priola borders the following municipalities: Bagnasco, Calizzano, Garessio, and Viola.
