Liam Sumner (born 16 August 1993) is a professional Australian rules footballer with the Carlton Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was drafted by the Greater Western Sydney Giants in the 2011 National Draft with pick 10 and made his debut in Round 6, 2012, against Carlton at Docklands Stadium.[1]
In October 2015, Sumner and his Giants' teammates Jed Lamb, Andrew Phillips and Lachie Plowman were traded to the Carlton Football Club.[2]
