Lopatcong Overlook is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Lopatcong Township, in Warren County, New Jersey, United States, that was created as part of the 2010 United States Census.[8][9][10] As of the 2010 Census, Lopatcong Overlook's population was 734.[3]
Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, Lopatcong Overlook had a total area of 0.345 square miles (0.895 km2), all of which was land.[1][11]

Census 2010
The 2010 United States Census counted 734 people, 369 households, and 198.2 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 2,125.0 per square mile (820.5/km2). The CDP contained 390 housing units at an average density of 1,129.1 per square mile (435.9/km2). The racial makeup of the CDP was 81.61% (599) White, 10.35% (76) Black or African American, 0.00% (0) Native American, 3.95% (29) Asian, 0.00% (0) Pacific Islander, 1.36% (10) from other races, and 2.72% (20) from two or more races. Hispanics or Latinos of any race were 9.81% (72) of the population.[3]
Out of a total of 369 households, 19.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 38.8% were married couples living together, 11.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 46.3% were non-families. 39.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.99 and the average family size was 2.67.[3]
In the CDP, 16.9% of the population were under the age of 18, 2.6% from 18 to 24, 38.0% from 25 to 44, 24.8% from 45 to 64, and 17.7% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 41.2 years. For every 100 females the census counted 74.8 males, but for 100 females at least 18 years old, it was 70.9 males.[3]
