This is a list of members of the New South Wales Legislative Council, as elected at the 2011 and 2015 elections. As members serve eight-year terms, half of the Council was elected in 2011 and did not face re-election in 2015, and the members elected in 2015 will not face re-election until 2023.

- 1 On 6 May 2015, Daniel Mookhey was elected to fill the vacancy caused by Steve Whan's resignation during the last parliament. On the same day, Penny Sharpe was elected to fill the vacancy caused by her own resignation under similar circumstances.
- 2 On 2 May 2016, Greens MLC John Kaye died. Justin Field was elected to fill the resulting casual vacancy on 23 August 2016.
- 3 On 16 September 2016, Labor MLC Sophie Cotsis resigned in order to contest the Canterbury by-election. John Graham was elected to fill the resulting casual vacancy on 12 October 2016.
