Mike McGlinchey (born c. 1994) is an American football offensive tackle for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
Early years
McGlinchey attended William Penn Charter School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Along with football, he also played basketball in high school.[1] He committed to the University of Notre Dame to play college football.[2]
College career
After redshirting his first year at Notre Dame in 2013, McGlinchey played in all 13 games with one start in 2014. In 2015 he became a starter and started all 13 games at right tackle.[3][4][5] Prior to 2016, he moved from right to left tackle.[6][7]
Personal
McGlinchey's cousin, Matt Ryan, plays in the NFL for the Atlanta Falcons.[8][9]
