Myra is an unincorporated community in Lincoln County, West Virginia, United States. Myra is located on the Mud River 4 miles (6.4 km) south of Hamlin. Myra had a post office, which opened on September 7, 1883, and closed on March 19, 2011.[3] The community apparently had its start around the time the post office was established.[4]
