Paul LeBlanc (college president)

Paul LeBlanc has been President of Southern New Hampshire University since 2003.[1]

From 1996 to 2003 LeBlanc was President of Marlboro College in Vermont.[1]

The Chronicle of Higher Education describes LeBlanc as, a leading advocate of, "competency-based education, a way to award degrees based on testing and portfolios rather than "seat-time" in a traditional course."[2][3]
