Phil Kahler
Phil Kahler is a former collegiate basketball coach.
Early life
Kahler was born in Columbus, Ohio, but grew up in Anchorage, Alaska. He attended Dickinson State College. When his daughter was born he enlisted in the Army. He got his master's degree from the University of Toledo.[1]
College
Initially he coached at Aquinas Institute.[1] He would later move on to St Fisher in 1974.[2] At St. John Fisher College to 27 straight winning seasons.[3] He led the women's team for 34 seasons, posting a career record of 797 wins (the most in NCAA Division III history).[4]
