Polesí is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.69 square kilometres (1.81 sq mi), and has a population of 86 (as at 2 October 2006).
Polesí lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) south of Pelhřimov, 28 km (17 mi) south-west of Jihlava, and 107 km (66 mi) south-east of Prague.
