Potter, California

Potter is a former settlement in Modoc County, California.^[1] It was located 12 miles (19 km) northwest of Lookout.^[1]

A post office operated at Potter from 1889 to 1896.^[1] The name honors Richard R. Potter, its first postmaster.^[1]
