Santo André is a freguesia (civil parish) of Cape Verde. It covers the smaller, northwestern part of the municipality of Porto Novo, on the island of Santo Antão.
Its parish seat is Norte. Santo André is the football (soccer) club of the parish, the club plays in the Santo Antão Island League South Zone since their appearance in the 2014-15 season.
