Sky Bar is the world’s highest open-air bar[1][2] on the 63rd floor (820 foot elevation) of the State Tower located on Silom Road, Bang Rak business district, Bangkok, Thailand, [3][4] the second tallest building in Thailand. It features transparent walls for 360-degree views of the Chao Phraya River and the Bangkok skyline[5] as well as an LED illuminated cylindrical bar[4] that changes colors every 90 seconds.[6][7][8][9]

Considered one of the most famous rooftop bars in the world, Sky Bar was featured in the opening scenes of The Hangover Part II.[2][3]

Opened in 2003, the bar is adjacent to the award-winning restaurant, Sirocco,[10] and is owned and operated by lebua Hotels & Resorts.[11]

Fare

Sky Bar features experimental cocktails including “poptails” (a combination of a popsicle and a cocktail)[12] and the “Hangovertini”, a strong green-hued blend of green tea liqueur, Martini Rosso, green apple juice, and rosemary-infused honey[5] created for The Hangover Part II[6][10] as well as vintage wine.[13]
