Terry Lowry (born January 17, 1974, in Albany, Georgia) is an American composer, pianist and conductor. He is the Conductor and Music Director of the Carroll Symphony Orchestra, in Carrollton, Georgia. He is the composer of over 200 works. He maintains an active piano recital schedule, performing throughout the United States, Canada and Europe each year. His recital programs include works from the standard literature, his own compositions, and improvisations on themes provided by the audience. In 2007 Lowry released an album of original piano compositions featuring his large, 14 movement work Stations of the Cross. In 2011 he released two albums: Da Capo - a collection of piano works by Mozart, Chopin, Debussy, Satie and Scriabin; and an album with CSO Concertmaster Edward Eanes featuring Beethoven's Violin Sonata no. 4, as well as works for piano solo (Moonlight and Appassionata sonatas, and the Fantasia, op. 77).
