Tung Chung East (Chinese: 東涌東) is a proposed MTR station of Tung Chung Line at the east of Tung Chung, Lantau Island, New Territories, Hong Kong. This station will be on ground level, similar to Sunny Bay Station, so as to not affect the existing railway network.
It has been proposed in the Tung Chung New Town Extension Study to serve a proposed new 120 hectare reclamation, along with a new Tung Chung West Station.[1]
