Dr. Vishwambhar Dayal Awasthi is a Hindi writer and teacher. He is the retired Head of the Hindi Department, Atarra Degree College, Atarra, Banda, Uttar Pradesh. Dr. Awasthi was born in Piprahari (Banda), in a Brahmin family, and holds a PhD and a DLitt.
