Xo‘jayli also spelled as Khodjeyli and Khodzheyli (Uzbek: Xo‘jayli, Хўжaйли, خوجەيلى; Karakalpak: Хojeli, Хожели, حوجەلى, /xoˈʒeli/; Russian: Ходжейли, Khodzheyli/Chodžejli) is a town and seat of Xo‘jayli District in Karakalpakstan in Uzbekistan. It lies 15 km southwest of Nukus, and 25 km northeast of Konye-Urgench (Turkmenistan). Xo‘jayli has a railway station on the line from Atyrau (western Kazakhstan) to Tashkent.[1]
