Yeh-Chiang Technology Corp. (YCTC; Chinese: 業強科技股份有限公司; pinyin: Yè Qiáng Kējì Gǔfèn Yǒuxiàn Gōngsī) is an independent thermal pipe (Heat pipe) supplier,[2] with its headquarters located in Yangmei District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. The company became a listed company onto Taiwan's OTC market in 2002 with a ticker number of 6124.[3] YCTC’s paid in capital as of 22 August 2008 is NTD1.73 billion.[4]
Although YCTC offers a variety of Thermal pipe ( Heat pipe ) product lines, YCTC's major focus is heat pipes used in Notebooks (laptops). YCTC’s other product lines include BGA spheres[5] (both Pb and Pb free), Solder Paste, SMT Flux, and Semiconductor Flux. The company produces its own copper and solder powders for in-house use and external sales.
