Ardore is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Reggio Calabria in the Italian region Calabria, located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) southwest of Catanzaro and about 45 kilometres (28 mi) east of Reggio Calabria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,822 and an area of 32.7 square kilometres (12.6 sq mi).[1]
