Nasirabad (Persian: نصيرآباد, also Romanized as Naşīrābād; also known as Nasir Shahr)[1] is a city in the Central District of Robat Karim County, Tehran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 23,802, in 5,764 families.[2] The city was formerly part of Golestan District back when it was part of Robat Karim County. On March 12, 2011, when Golestan District seceded from Robat Karim County to form Baharestan County, the city was transferred from Golestan District to Central District of Robat Karim County.[3]
